Concentra HUB

Concentra HUB is your new employer portal. Concentra HUB is a self-service tool that enables you to manage your Concentra account online. You can authorize care, access results and reporting, and more.

  • If you have not received an email with Concentra HUB login information, please contact Concentra Customer Support at 1-844-305-8868 to create an account. Customer support is available Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. Central Time.
  • If you have already received communication from a Concentra team member and have not logged in to Concentra HUB, please contact us at [email protected].
  • To get you up to speed, Concentra is offering free tutorials on account management with Concentra HUB. Join us on Zoom every Thursday at 11 a.m. EST to learn the basics of Concentra HUB usage; tutorials will run through the end of January 2023.
